Social Media Superstar: Tiktok & Instagram reels specialist

We are The Flora Lab. Experts in hand poured, natural-wax candles. We proudly champion plant based waxes, such as coconut, rapeseed and soy and tailor each candle to a bespoke wax blend.
We’re a forward thinking brand with digital at our heart- but we need you and your skills to help us reach the next level, increasing our reach and brand awareness to new audiences.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a social media superstar to create video and photographic content to populate our social channels with. You would be responsible for creating content across Instagram & TikTok (with a huge focus on reels).
We have lots of opportunity to capture content, focusing on production, branding, product education & selling on our market stalls.
We have a back catalogue of assets but we would love for you to feel confident enough to add to this with your own content.
Setting up ad campaigns would be a huge plus.
The ideal candidate:
Most likely you’re looking for something casual to fit around your studies/ other commitments.
- You're obsessed with social- you spend more time on tiktok than anywhere else.
- You can handle a DSLR (we have one, you don’t need to supply your own).
- You know how to video edit (either on your phone or on your PC).
- You are capable of handling post-production, either in photoshop or an in-app application.
- You understand the world of social- it’s tips and tricks on how we can create disruptive trending assets which are true to the Flora Lab brand.
- You’ll be fairly local to East Dulwich & Peckham so you can pop round to shoot content. You can pop across to our market stalls in East Dulwich, Herne Hill, Wimbledon or Malty Street Market on some weekend days to capture content.
- You're free on Monday or Tuesdays to help shoot content/ review the content calendars for the week. Can be during the day or the evenings.
