Delivery & Returns
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 days after an order is placed, however, during busy periods, this may be extended to 7 days- but we will always do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible. If you’re in a desperate rush for your candles, drop us an email and we will see what we can do- note the postage cut off is 12pm.
UK Mainland shipping:
All UK deliveries are running smoothly via Royal Mail. Postage starts at £2.95.
DPD shipping is suspended temporarily by the courier, so we regret to inform that at this time, we cannot ship matches to the UK.
All deliveries to UK mainland are shipped by either Royal Mail, DPD or similar courier service. Apart from Letterbox deliveries, or when no tracking has been selected, all UK deliveries shall have tracking available, which shall be provided in a follow up dispatch email, which is sent after your parcel leaves us. Parcels can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.
Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland shipping:
Parcel deliveries in NI and ROI are made by DPD. This is a flat rate of €6.50
Letterbox deliveries (wax melts, selection boxes) are €2.95, shipped via An Post (ROI) and Royal Mail (NI) via an untracked service.
If you have selected a tracking option, this shall be provided in a follow up dispatch email. Parcels can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.
EU shipping: For countries outside of UK, ROI and NI, we will be in touch with bespoke shipping and tracking number for your destination.
Rest of the world: We’re sorry, but we currently cannot ship outside the EU or UK. However, we would love to hear from you if you are interested in buying or stocking our products, so we can reassess this position as soon as possible.
If a parcel has been sent and has been been delayed or potentially lost in the postal system, we reserve the right to wait 30 days before opening a case with the courier. During this time, we cannot send out any replacement products unfortunately.

We hope when you receive your candle(s), you’ll be thrilled, but if not, we’re here to help.
If you notice something isn’t quite right or there is a fault with your product, please drop us an email within 14 days with photographic evidence, and we’ll do our best to remedy the situation.
Please note, natural-wax plant based candles are a natural product, and therefore many cosmetic imperfections will not be considered a default as they will not affect the performance of the candle, therefore not applicable to a refund. This includes: frosting, sinkholes and air-bubbles.
You’re also entitled to a full refund if you receive your candles and just don’t fancy them anymore. We ask you to drop us an email to start the process and return the candle(s) to us, unused and in a re-sellable condition within 14 days of purchase. In this instance, we do ask you to cover all postal costs- and hold on to your tracking numbers/ proof of purchase receipt, as we cannot be held responsible for any items which may get lost in the postal system. Once your items have been received and inspected, we will refund the card of purchase within 30 days.
However, if the order has been dispatched, unfortunately there’s nothing we can do and the order shall go ahead as initially processed. The order will be considered valid and you, as the customer, shall still be liable for the full payment.As always, if there's any questions, please drop us an email email@example.com
