Choose from our in-house collection of 14 fragrances, spanning the full fragrance wheel — from fresh citrus and aquatic notes to warm ambers and woody orientals. Every fragrance is expertly blended for scent performance and sustainability.
All projects include scent samples for sign-off before production begins.
Bespoke blends and pure essential oil creations are available for an additional charge.

What is the minimum order quantity for private label candles?
Our minimum order quantity is 50 units per scent. Orders can be a mix of product sizes and fragrance types. Products are sold in packs of 20 for private label orders.
How much does a private label candle cost?
All projects are priced on a case-by-case basis. As a guide, a private label candle using our off the shelf templates, fragrances and cntainers will start from £8 per unit depending on specification and quantity. Pricing includes labelling and packaging. Contact us for a tailored quote.
How long does private label production take?
Private label orders using our in-house fragrances and containers are typically ready within 3–4 weeks of artwork sign-off and payment. Bespoke orders requiring custom fragrance development or sourced vessels have longer lead times — we will advise at consultation stage.
Can I use my own label design?
Yes. You can supply your own print-ready artwork, use our blank label templates, or commission our in-house design service (£350, includes two rounds of amends).
What wax do you use in your private label candles?
We exclusively use plant-based wax — predominantly soy, coconut, and rapeseed — sourced from regenerative farming programmes with certified supply chains. We never use paraffin.
Are your private label candles CLP compliant?
Yes. All products are fully compliant with CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) legislation. Safety data sheets are supplied with every order for your records.
Can I resell private label products from The Flora Lab?
Yes. Once products are in your hands, you are free to use them however you wish — gifting to VIPs, using as GWP, or selling through your retail channels. We can also provide retail-ready options including barcodes.
Do you offer bespoke fragrance development?
Yes. For clients wanting a scent that’s entirely their own, we offer bespoke fragrance development using a blend of essential oils, fragrance oils, and nature-identical oils. A surcharge applies for 100% essential oil blends and non- standardised blends due to specialist sourcing and testing.
Where are your candles made?
All of our products are handpoured in our barn in Buckinghamshire, England. We are not a factory; every product is made by hand in small batches by our team.
Do you offer private label for perfumes?
Yes. In addition to home fragrance, we offer a perfumery service; filling bottles of perfumes, room sprays, sleep mists and fabric sprays.
What is the difference between private label and bespoke label?
Private label uses our existing product range, fragrances, and stock containers — personalised with your branding. It is the fastest and most cost-effective route to market. Bespoke label involves developing elements specifically for your brand, such as a custom fragrance or a unique vessel, and carries longer lead times and higher minimum orders.
Who owns the artwork and branding on my private label products?
You do. All label artwork supplied by you remains your intellectual property. We may show the making of your products discreetly via social media. Please do state on your briefing form that you do not want this to occur if you want to remain totally discrete.
What happens if my products arrive damaged?
All invoices must be settled before production begins. Refunds are only issued for products that arrive damaged or broken. All breakages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
