How do I become a stockist for The Flora Lab?

What is the minimum order quantity to stock The Flora Lab?
We have an MOQ of £300 which can be spread across our entire range of products, including scented candles, wax melts, diffusers and room sprays. All of our products can be found here.
Does The Flora Lab supply shops in Ireland?
Yes; The Flora Lab came to life at a kitchen table in Dundalk, and with two Irish owners, The Flora Lab has Irish roots. The Flora Lab is IOSS-registered and has an appointed EU Responsible Person, so we can supply Irish and wider EU retailers with fully compliant labelling and documentation.
Does The Flora Lab supply shops in wider Europe?
Yes; our EU compliance (IOSS VAT registration, EU Responsible Person, CLP labelling) covers retailers across the EU, not just Ireland. Currently all goods are dispatched from the UK, but an EU dispatch warehouse is in the works for 2027. We have stockists in Germany, Switzerland, Ireland and many more.
What products can I stock?
Scented candles, room perfume sprays, reed diffusers and wax melts are all handpoured in our barn studio in Buckinghamshire. These come in over 15 scents, all are designed to work in conjunction with the seasons. All products are available here.
Unfortunately, at the time of writing, tealights are not available at wholesale.
Is The Flora Lab sustainable?
Creating sustainable scent is at our very core as a brand. The Flora Lab uses exclusively the highest quality sustainable ingredients available including plant based wax from regenerative sources, re-usable vessels, plastic free shipping, and sustainable fragrances.
Who already stocks The Flora Lab?
The Flora Lab is stocked by 150+ independent and prestige retailers across the UK and EU, including the National Trust and Chelsea Physic Garden. Our retailers we currently stock into include; Farm Shops, Florists, Lifestyle stores, plant stores, premium garden centres, delis and grocers, manor houses and educational establishments such as museums.
How long does dispatch take once I place an order?
In busy periods, please expect to wait up to three weeks but we aim to always get your order shipped within 5 days. Dispatch is handled in partnership with Mencap.

What's the difference between stocking The Flora Lab and a private label order?
Stocking us means selling our existing candle and home fragrance range under The Flora Lab name. Private label/ white label is different; that's a bespoke, custom-branded product made for your business. If you're after your own branded range, see our Private Label page instead.
Are your products vegan?
All of our products that are hand made here at The Flora Lab are vegan with the exception of our diffuser products. This is because all diffuser products are made with a soy derived base which may have cross contamination with animals further up the supply chain.

Meet Flora's Florist; Tomato, Cucumber, Basil. We built it specifically to complement fresh flowers rather than compete with them, so it's a natural fit for florist counters and plant stores.

Sweet Smokin' Bourbon (tobacco, honey leaf, bourbon) and Darjeeling Delights (tea leaves, neroli, May Chang) both lean warm and food-adjacent.Sicilian Sunbeam and Sea Salt are both great options. customers browsing a farm shop or deli tend to respond well to that register.

Our reed diffusers and wax melts both have refill options, and our packaging is plastic-free throughout, which suits the zero-waste retail model well.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, none of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.
What's the difference between your two candle sizes?
Our Single Wick candles are 180ml with a 35+ hour burn time; our Double Wick candles are 500ml with a 90+ hour burn time; a good spread for different price points on your shelf.
Are Summer Night Lights the same as citronella candles?
Not quite; while we do have a Citronella & Lemongrass scent in the range, all Summer Night Lights candles use Citrpel, a plant-derived active ingredient that repels insects regardless of scent, so you get the same protection across the whole range.
Do you offer refills for your reed diffusers?
Our reed diffuser refill keeps customers coming back to your shop rather than switching brands once their diffuser runs down.
